Yes they took the katrina situation that was clearly an attack on our people by the blowing up those levees & mock the many innocent dead men,women & children by condensing that horrible event into a cartoon. the sad part about it is they know a lot of black people in this country will not find it funny but the aim is to put a black face on that incident so dumb racist whites wont question the govt: on what happened to the 100's of poor whites that parrished in that man made disaster!
