  • @rachiti: for your kind information that CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA is a pure Indian dish, its nowhere related to England..May be England learned this from India.

Chicken Tikka Masala is basically originated from Northern part of India, but famous in all over india as well as across globe. And the word "Masala" is a Indian word which means Spices.

Hope now your confusion got clear??

  • its not tortilla dont compare us to mexicans ok bye

  • @librarian5602 British food is awesome if you know where to get GOOD british food....besides, one of my fave dishes is 'technically' british....Chiken Tikka Masala :) You really need to stop judging food you don't understand...calling it 'gross' makes you sound like a stubborn 3 year old stomping his foot sheesh. And no, I'm not British - I'm American but I eat dishes from many different cultures.

  • @rachiti "GOOD british food..." itself is an oxymoron.

  • @aparaajita10 you obviously haven't eaten at any 'decent' places if you think this. There is plenty of Brit food that is delicious, you just have to know where to go and/or what recipes to cook at home. If you disagree then obviously you're close-minded or have a very unrefined palette.

  • I wish muslims could be so generous and gentile as this lovely Indian girl.

  • She looks/sounds so good I wasn't able to concentrate on her cooking.

  • i fucking hate expertvillage

  • Great video thanks.

  • she hasn't even cooked yet, and people started bashing...

Maybe you should eat more burgers, way more healthy.

  • what crap?covering the head?north indian patriarchy is renowned though!! why cant we hear about the positive India..the brilliance the brains the music the aesthetic sense inherent in our culture and for once..not the 'torture and tikka masala and joint family and the saas bahu saaga'..

  • @ode2nature I questioned my grandfather regarding this. He insisted that any one entering the kitchen must cover the head, incl. men. Reason? "you don't want hair falling in the food." I don't think that makes any sense to the intelligent & o so clean & healthey westerners.

  • this is the way Indian daughter in laws are expected to dress in traditional families and also in some gunghat(covering hair with saree pallu) is necessary.its torture but still goes on.Covering hair and cooking is respect for elders.

  • common dude i come from a very small town in india.nobody wears a silk saree in kitchen.yes women cover their head i know the whole routine!!! but i was talking about wearing party clothe in kitchen!!! unless you are from saas bahu serial.

  • @communitypull which deep hole do you live in?

  • @geena112 actually they do.

  • Tandoori chicken, pullao rice, raita, mango chutney, muligatawney soup = a perfect meal.

  • stuffed Tortillas???Crap

  • I don't envy you. To cook for 20 people is a hell lot of work. I hope, somebody recognized your effort.

  • @Jabitte123 Not likely, in laws in India treat the daughter is law like a servant, its typical that they talk down to her, and when the husband messes up, the wife gets yelled at. Especially if she happens to be middle class or lower, or she was VERY lucky and happened to marry above her station. They are a kind people, but its only extended to certain people.

  • @FiestyCat86 LIES

  • @FiestyCat86 LIES...another of the viscious lies spread around

  • @aparaajita10 no its not dearest, I work for an Indian woman and her inlaws, and that is how she and her sister are treated. Don't call me a liar when I know what I'm talking about. Her brother in law treats her worse than dirt, and her sister in law even had the gall to tell her to leave her own house. They call her a bitch to her face, and say nasty things about her all the time, in my presence. Her sister is treated the very same.

  • @Jabitte123 I always thought that too. But once I did it, one look at those eating, there was no looking back. Now I love cooking, especially for a lot of people, the more the merrier. You just can't find any thing in this world that can make you feel on top of the world, like watching the look on the face of someone whom you r feeding even simple fresh made from the scratch food. I never thought I would be saying this, but here I am. People still reminisce about something I fed them 30 yrs ago

  • wtf... why would she lie about having to cover her head, and most likely she did live in a joint family....

you're prob some Indian man who can't believe that any Indian woman would mention anything bad about her mother in law or having to cook for a big ass family. it IS hot ass in India and perhaps that "tradition" as you say of covering her head was pretty stupid.

stupid kinda like you. learn how to type, you make yourself look like a bigger fool.

  • The only thing she said that had any meaning was her last sentence of the video: "Alright, let's get started (with the show) with doing Indian curry." Warning: This video is just a plug for Expert Village.

  • their food is really good and its spicy!

  • i love this

  • SUPER COOKING AKKA I LIKE

  • Holy shit... What a useless comment! Do you have anything intelligent to say, or did you just want to make a bunch of disconnected racist statements? Here's a suggestion, why don't you keep whatever crap is floating around in your head to yourself instead of insulting people?

  • This is essentially an advertisement for the expert village website.

I was hoping not to see video adds like this on youtube.

Very disappointed..not to mention being very annoyed that lots of these expert village videos show up when I do a search.

  • you are very beautifull.pure indian

  • heres a good recipe: wash your hands put your favorite slice of cheese onto a plate(1slice) put some shredded black pepper turkey ontop of it(slices work too) use sort of alot of turkey then put another layer of cheese ontop-microwave for 25secodns then mash up together after u wash your hands a 2nd time put it back in for about another 30seconds after thats doen get larys salt out put a ltittle in your hand and grind it ontop of the turkey thing thne stur- enjoy!

  • @eatmeimsteak just reading it made me puke. How do you folks eat the stuff?

  • @aparaajita10 narrow-minded fool. If you choose to live your life with blinders on so be it but stop subjecting the rest of us to your zenophobic logic.

  • @rachiti your posts just confirmed what I thought I saw here, youtube has the largest parade of morons, & losers & people with intellectual diffability.

  • @aparaajita10 If you consider a global traveler with two degrees including one in Secondary Education who's IQ earns her MENSA status to be cognitively challenged, then your classification schema is severely flawed.

  • @rachiti The same can be said about u. I don't go by the "degrees" & IQ u so brag about. I've seen & encountered a whole lot of so called intellectuals making such claims with the wisdom of a peanut. The only thing that is any indication of anyone's ability is represented in their ability to say in accurately & after understanding the whole picture. So your claim is the same made by almost each one of the about 6 billion or so of the humans treading this planet today. truth needs no "evidence"

  • This is hindi not indian, and it uses much more and different spices than mediterranean or northern (cousin, or kitchen)

I like - learned plenty from both, am a 63 yrs old guy, besides digital, kitchenwork is my hobby.

Soon I'll respond with my own recipes on YouTube.

    Thanks you both!!!

  • This is Indian cooking, every thing else named Indian is a copy and a mistake, Columbus called the Native Indian based on his false asumption he was in India.

    Hindi = language

    Indian = ethincity

    ex.

    Catholic = language

    Anglophone = ethinicity

  • @gagaca Don't you think you meet the largest parade of morons, & losers & people with intellectual diffability on youtube? Reading the comments is my daily stress buster, they make me have a hearty laugh & are good for your self esteem too. Seeing these comments, & even many videos makes you realize that you yourself are really brilliant.

  • hindi is a language, not a type of cooking.

  • WOW i cant wait to learn all the intricate details of Indian cuisine.

Im so used to just buying the sachets of curry paste and throwing it in with chicken bits LOL.

But im Turkish-Australian so our food is generally very simple. I respect the effort Indians put into their food. It pays off in the end. YUM!!

Thank you for all your vids :D

  • distinguished use of spices!!! anyway, funny how the angry young brits come watch the video and then post nasty comments. Why do they watch to start with? They are right though, in that take away curry shops do not offer the healthiest foods...

  • British learned a lot of things by indians when they were ruling India. they cannot deny that.

British needs to return Koh-i-Noor to India as well. Why we are so arrogant? accept the fact..there is no harm in that.

  • @fille786 A whole lot of people have to return a whole lot of things to India, & owe India a whole lot. But they r 2 busy inventing new ways of falsifying "evidence"

  • Truth hurts lol!

  • Mediterranean food is the best so haahaa fuck off. Indian food is shit take away food. Full of fat

  • Dude 1 : Hey bro that Indian food was the bomb let's do lunch.

dude 2: Naw man I still have the curry squirts from the last time I had Indian my ass is bleeding

    Cheers

    Chef Shaan

P.s Clarissa Dickson Wright of The Two Fat Ladies fame praised one of my dishes so much that she put my dish (fish with ginger) in her "best-ever-eaten-dishes list"; she also mentioned my restaurant in her autobiography.

  • ok, does the recipes continue on expert village????

  • she can cook for me any day,lol

  • amen anton, amen

  • I must continue: she claims how healthy her food is then explains how the recipe is vegetables dipped in a batter and deep fried! I l0ve it!!

  • tortilla is a "staple of the Indian diet"?? then she complains about how she had to where a scarf over her head, then there's no recipe, then bashes the British for eating mashed potatoes before discovering Indian spices. WOW, I"m so glad I found this video!!!

once again, expert village shows us nothing...

  • Hahahaha

  • Definitely dude. expertvillage needs lots of improvement. I was learning how to change the distributor cap of my car watching these videos. After 8 videos I leanrt nothing. This video is more like a personal introdcution than and actual recipe

Your comment made my day! thank you!

  • Where the hell is the recipe? lol

  • she's so cute

  • she didnt leave anything out. it was an excerpt, meaning that she wasn't the one who left anything out.

who was that idiot that said there was no meat and fish in India???

  • She left out the cooking lesson.

  • Yaa I knoe u White Pigs eat a lot of meat...U knoe eating beaf makes ur brain work slower....So U dumb guys have fun with loads of meat!!!

  • I'm white and I don't eat pigs. Though for the sake of Irony I would prolly feed fuhmeregan to a pig.

  • I'm HUNGRY!

  • another british hater.

  • ok and the recipe is this just a teaser from a divorced shamed woman from India. Think this is more of a biography than a recipe.

    came to play Dauq

  • maybe she's a widow...

  • I want to marry her!! Supersexy

  • Well that's....awkward....

  • HAHAHAHAHAH

  • I like Indan MANGOes.

  • Great

    Thank you :)
