@burrningbush The buyer application I made myself. It's not hard to do. Once you have one made, you can print them on the back of properties sheet you have under contract and hand them out to investors at your REIA.

If you contract a good investment, they practically sell their selves. If you are nervous about finding a buyer under the contract price you have offered, than it probably wasn't a good investment.

Yes it is. I think building a buyers list is much more important then finding sellers ESPECIALLY when dealing with REO'S.

I've always had the opinion it's easier to find a property for a buyer than a buyer for a property.  Building a buyers list is VERY important.
