I watched the film a little bit ago. The movie is good. After I watched it I seemed to remember a video game that was a lot like it, so I came to youtube. After watching this video it reminded me of how F--king hard that game was, you die and restart the level?! And that would have been back when I was 5 or 6.

The thing is that Last Action Hero movie was basically a parody on the action genre but Arnold fans expected a serious action film instead. I've seen the movie and thought it was good.
