Does anyone have the ability to translate this to standard English. I would really like to know what this is saying but I don't understand a 19th century Scottish dialect. Why isn't there a translation anywhere?
@procrastinator300 Trust me, some things in Scots English just do not translate into the Queen's English. Basically it says nine inches will please a lady. That is an obvious euphemism for a gay man.
