@kbeano7 Well if you think about it, what do you control from your drivers seat? Air coming into the engine through the throttle body. Volumetric Efficiency is the ratio of air drawn into the cylinder and the maximum possible amount of air that could enter the cyinder is an indication how well the engine can breathe on its intake stroke. There are four strokes on today's modern engines, intake, compress, power, exhaust. That's how a cold air intake benefits the car. =]
