The anime is good, but it's known to make mistakes. Such as constantly mixing up Pidgeotto and Pidgeot. And remember the first movie, they saw Scyther and named it Alakazam? Also in the first movie, Pikachu was able to take down a GOLEM with an electric attack. It's part GROUND. Like, wtf.
