If you mean to join them as one mesh, Select the objects you want to join, and press Ctrl+J

Hey I've made something in blender. But how do I make it into a movie?

While in object mode next to the "editing" button is the "scene" button. Click it. You will see stuff like "output" a giant "render" button and a huge "Anim" button. Down and to the right of the "Anim" button is a pre-set file type selector set to Jpeg. if you move your mouse over it, it will say "images are saved in this file format." Click it and chose what kind of file type you want it save as (like an "avi jpeg" video) then hit the "Anim" button. it will be rendered into the output folder.

You can do that, with whatever background colour. Just when wendering use RGBA instead of RBG. Then render with Png.'s
