100$ for a wheel is cheap. and i mean, mediocre-like cheap. if you want a good wheel then you must be ready to pay 250$ at least. and of course that depends on what you want: force feedback?; short vs long lock-to-lock?; steering damping?; precision potentiometers?; nice leather or suede finish?; durable construction?; profesional shifter?; compatibility?; customizability?...
PM me back telling me what you want, and i'll help you pick.
can u do another one of these same type of videos just because i cant see your legwork i mean your driving is super bro but if yu could a view of your whole legwork then that would make this vidoe even more interesting bro.
Absolutely. The adjustment is in the springs in the wheel to produce the resistance. When you put all of the springs (read: resistance) into the wheel, it is extremely difficult to turn the wheel to its full extent. I use one combination less than the full resistance, and that gives my arms a good workout.
Good video -- nice to see the wheel in action. Do you appreciate the quality of the ECCI wheel immediately, or is it more of a subtle thing? I'm considering a Logitech G25 racing wheel, but don't want to end up disappointed...
Thanks Uod! I can't compare the ECCI and G25 wheels, because I've never used a G25 wheel. IMHO however, you can appreciate the quality of the ECCI wheel right away. Everything on it is industrial grade, you could drop it off a building and it'd probably still work. ECCI also forces you to understand how the wheel/pedals work; you need to do some assembly of the wheel and pedals upon delivery. This helps later on, when you do routine maintenance on it (replacing sensors/potentiometers, etc).
Thanks for the comment jon! Vader, the whole package as far as the ECCI pedals and wheel go is about 1200 USD. Bear in mind though that these things are built to last. I'll probably have these for the next 20, 25 years. They don't come for XBox or PS2/3 unfortunately. The amount of resistence you want in the wheel and pedals are adjustable, so if you're hurting in your arms or legs you can reduce the resistance and you should be fine.
what game is that??

You have a $2000 wheel sitting at a desk with a 15" monitor? lololol
OMGtehWINNAR 1 year ago
@OMGtehWINNAR
My thoughts exactly. A 24" monitor as a minimum if you are going for the ultimate setup.
Noobsaibot21 1 year ago
@Noobsaibot21 no, 46" is minimum

ECCI makes the best wheel hands down. I see you using a SST shifter, those are sweet!
theranster9 3 years ago
It doesn't have FFB?
Deusrexmachina 3 years ago
very good to know. One more Question: Does this wheel have a monthly payment option?
dolphinmagic24fan 3 years ago
I'm not sure....I'm not affiliated with ECCI in any way, so you'd have to contact them to find out. Good luck.
Tornadoracer 3 years ago
does this have a strong feel to it. Like can you adjust it so its really difficult to turn it?

Thanks! I am using a Sim-Gear shifter, tried to get it in the vid but I couldn't find a good place for the pedals.

Can we play it on Xbox ?
ilordvader 4 years ago
lol. ECCI is for Simulations not for arcade joypad\games console.
MaxD79 4 years ago 3
agree! connecting such a setup to an xbox is like equipping a VW beetle with 32 inch rims
br3zl 4 years ago
That also goes for the Logitech G25.
