  • That was bad

  • I can help if you want.I will give you some tips that I learned

    1. One thing that helps to land is move your feet backwards a bit

    2. Push the tail down and hold it down and practice sliding your foot. Then once you've done that, push it down then slide your foot. Practice this then do the real thing and try to lift your legs up after you've slid your foot.

    Hope this helps

  • One thing i notice, is you need to jump more... its like a pop jump. lift your back foot up and the board with naturally go up. and try popping harder.

  • think before you make a vid

you will never land an ollie like the ones here in this vid because of the sudden transition from concrete (high speed) to grass (stuck and no speed).

grass is also bad for your trucks and your bearings, seems to be logical.

  • put ur left foot further back so that u can slide more

  • your not sliding your foot forwar just lifting

  • what type of editting system do you use?

  • 0:24 u got it kinda

  • ya listen 2 XSophiaX95

  • Your working hard but not very smart.

  • Your foot is too close to the bolts, put them near the middle of the board.

Don't forget to crouch and pop harder. Drag your feet to the nose.

Your landing isn't straight because your shoulders arent aligned with the board and your dragging isn't straight

  • just keep trying never give up

    you're almost getting there

you just need to work more on the sliding

  • well you pretty much sum everything up already, just watch your own videos and be your own critic. theres not much i can tell you that you havent already figured out... besides doing them onto cement and not into grass

    ; P

  • The first ollie was realy good keep it up

  • Scott your foot is on the bolts you will never get much air like that.

You need to put your foot under the bolts i prefer 3 or 4 inches under them so you can roll your ankel more and pop it higher level it out in the air.

  • My form was way off. I've had way more air than these. I think its been like almost 2 months since I tried rolling ollies and I was way off

  • It took me a good 8 months or so to get a decent, consistent ollie.

    Best of luck with yours.

  • Heh thought I was the only one that didn't have a decent consistent ollie after like a month or so.

  • practice kickflips..

i know everybody says you have to get your ollies down before your kickflip...but i practiced switch flip before i could even level out my switch ollies....you just have to analyze every single thing..thats what i do, i get the tricks faster..

  • hey scott i think your good enough to make ollie tutorials

  • I think people learn best from observation. I've made so many ollie videos that people learn by my mistakes.

  • hey scott some tips for ollies are bend your nees mor dont be scared it would help if you wear a helmet thats what i do tofell more confident or just in case you fall backwads and hit your head pp and as soon as you pop remember dont be scared to jump as high as you canand slide your foot you dnt even ned to slide just pop and dont get use to andingongrass land on cemen and you should get betterin no time!

  • Thanks!

  • what shoes are you wearing scott

  • There some cheap tennis shoes. lol

  • nice!

  • getting better its a little hard to say what your doing rong its a combo of your feet to far up to the bolts and not bringing the board up with u sometimes ur feet leave and bend ur knees

  • Not bending your knees, take front foot atleast behind the bolts. Zoom out the camera so that we can see you : )

Getting better at video editing aswell, but don't slowmo every jump.

But good job man :) i love watching ur videos, they give me inspiration.

  • Thanks man. Yeah I only slow mo those so I can see exactly what I'm doing wrong. Sorry if it got annoying bro lol

  • nice those are getting really good please watch and subscribe my videos scott you rock!

  • front foot back more and bend your knees b4 the take off

  • I don't know why i never bend my knees on rolling ones

  • dude see, they are better then your stationaries i think!
