  • LIKE HOW THAT WAS DONE WITH OUT ANY ANGER.. GOOD FRIENDS

  • How ironic that a few years later Paul Nison would be announcing to the world why the raw food diet was not working for him, that he now believes that he must include cooked & animal foods.

  • @patincomox Paul Nison is still on a 99% raw vegan diet. He says he drinks goat milk occasionally.

  • Let me modify my previous post. It was pretty uncharitable and besides, I like Paul. Regardless of a particular view of his (h has many that I like) we need more folks like him. And the little face-off between him and Matt was fun and enjoyable.

So no, it's *not* time to stop listening to Paul. Technically, he's correct, if not overly-harsh on poor old chocolate. I do disagree with him about green tea. A stimulant, absolutely, with a few caveats. Do we need to be drinking it? Absolutely.

  • There are lots of Chinese herbs, wonderful herbs, in fact, that provide plenty of adrenal support. For example, Reishi. This should be consumed daily ANYWAY.

Oh and what's that, did Paul just trash Green Tea?? Time to stop listening to Paul. Whenever someone trashes one of the greatest gifts of nature, pure, loose-leaf green tea, that is naturally caffeinated and also RELAXES (hello, THEANINE), then walk in the other direction. Fast.

  • CACAO make me feel great, I'm tired of whining anti cacao zealots , read the science on the obvious benefits and stop bitching, self righteous do gooders.

  • I'm glad to know that one of these raw "gurus" (please) has a little intelligence. Obviously cocoa is bad for you. Full of caffeine and theobromine. By the way think twice about drinking all those juices packed with simple sugars (carrots, apples, etc). Sugar and caffeine, that's the trendy raw diet for all those privileged white people who are obsessed with central America and raw food. The rest of us just eat salad at 1/4 of the price.

  • cacao makes me sick...

  • I thought the debate was fantastic I learned a lot. At least enough to go and do some research on my own. I have a question for you.....Whether I eat raw cacao or cooked chocolate. I have a small piece when I do eat chocolate. I get headaches and an upset stomach. When I drink coffee I have no apparent issues that I can tell. Does anyone have an opinion on why that is?

  • I just want lots of ormus so the sun will want to mate with me. Is that too much to ask? : D

  • I was actually going to buy some raw cacao but after seeing this i will not be. Generally I thought in veganism or raw food we are to stay away from stimulants or other mind numbing foods or toxins like alcohol for one and even coffee or reg. tea. Tons of caffiene in chocolate so would it not be even more so in raw cacao In my opinion living without stimulants is the right way to go. Paul seems to be extremely more knowledgeable in the aspects of cacao then Matt Monarch.

    God Bless.

  • This is a great video!! so cute, that you 2 keep a smile on the whole time! : )

  • I have an important message! Humankind has developed something amazing called the scientific method! We don't have to use anecdotal experience, intuition and logical induction anymore! Evidence for Cacao toxicity? ABSOLUTELY ZERO! But you could prove it using molecular analysis or double blind studies... Just watch out for the anti-science conspiracy theorists and pseudoscientists! THEY ARE THE REAL POISON TO HUMANKIND!

  • Paul is cool.

  • You are truly an inspiration... and Paul looks very handsome!

  • Some people take this whole RAW thing a bit too seriously......eat your cacao or drink your coffee if you want, just in moderation because anything in excess is bad for you.....and of course aging will occur even on RAW foods, as much as people would like it to be, humans are not immortal, we all will eventually be six feet under the dirt.

  • @aztekwarrior23 Cooking is what allowed our ancestors to grow bigger brains and smaller stomachs. The appearence of fire pits in geologic time coincides with the human fossil record, essentially proving this. Look up "Sciencebasedmedicine dawt ohrg simply raw" for some heavy debunking of this quasi-religious movement

  • y r we arguing about food, its just food

  • In truth, every thing we have ever put in our mouth is a drug. The question is: "What drugs are you on!??" Only the drugs of civilization cause the up then the down. Natural plant drugs consumed naturally are only up...no down...at least when all programming and resistance have been removed from your consciousness.

  • hello again to words on a subject, inspires more than 500 char- adrenals' enervation's to be averted yet it can occur without minerals in their consumable state so caffeine's no single culprit when content may get changed ah much. stimulating's meaning no more than goading which can be done to a fault if unevenly yoked & disproportion is found while cacao's just powdered not actually broken down to release inert to workable properties. bean in ferment may mellow painkiller incorporating context

  • hello logic's aim, reject where problems are or if in the typical is that the lead like there's no further to go yet there are food's other stages so i'm back on bell peppers just off green burps or w/ as red softened ones even. husband warned theobromine however not absolute, reduceable in ferment which wow debitters flavor warning welcoming perhaps. gradl bean. plus now i checked if such immersion that's deactivated goitrogen concerns could alter caffeine's impact, conditional too. liver +

  • Cacao is legally allowed to have dead bugs in it. Our gov't allows certain # of dead bugs to be detected and sold and processed in ti. is Cacao appetizing now?

  • @TheCrosswind So ?? Every type of food has some type of dead bug or micro organism on it.Its almost impossible to have food without it whether its natural or processed.

  • Paul looks sooo much better without the beard, wow!!

  • what about carob????????????

  • @WigsAndSwords1 Awesome points.

  • I love cacao. I don't think it's that bad, I totally agree with Matt (although I'm reading Paul's book right now and can't put it down). But seriously, I agree with the transitional thing. Plus I can't find carob anywhere that I live! But lots of love and greatness in this video. Thanks to both of you.

  • Ha!

  • grt clip

  • A scientific report on pubmed.com reported that theobromine concentrate IS indeed toxic to rats, however cocoa extract with the same amount of theobromine in it did not produce the same toxic affects. Quote -

"Cocoa extract containing an equivalent amount of theobromine did not produce significant toxicity in treated rats. Theobromine concentrations in serum and testes from pure theobromine-treated rats were 1.8- and 1.6-fold higher, respectively, than that in rats treated with cocoa extract."

  • in terms of health stimulation can be a great thing, for example if having that cup of coffee gets you off your ass in the morning and into the gym and out and about getting things done, then heck ya it's good for you ! Better than sitting on your ass all day talking about how stuff is bad for you.

  • This guy Paul doesn't look so healthy to me, his hair is all shitty, and his complexion looks terrible, Hey if eating, cacao is good for you go for it. I think this Paul guys is just an allergic pansy. The other guy has a full thick head of hair a caveman could be envious of.

  • I agree with Paul as far as stimulants go,but like any other drug, you have to wean yourself off slowly to avoid the withdrawal symptoms.Cacao might help with caffeine withdrawal but I prefer green tea.

  • I agree with Matt, when you are trying to change your life it is best to take it slow.

  • paul has to be the smartest dietician i know.... i cant follow everything he says, but i know he is right in prescribing.

cacao is not that bad. paul had colon cancer and maybe it applies to him.

funny watching two guys acting so hyper. yet oddly neither drink coffee

  • I actually agree with what Matt is saying in this one: it's a good way for people to transition, or slowly remove these stimulants from the body. That's not to say that either are healthy.

  • I reckon Paul ate so poorly that he screwed up his digestion so now he complains about his poor sensitive side effects in comparison to the most of us with healthy digestion.

His preaching although useful is too strict at times, david wolfe gives us the education, and allows us to test it.

I guess his attitude to cacao is like me trying to convince friends to reduce refined carbs

Cacao has far too many benefits and my diet is so rich in nutrients, my suffer no symptoms with adrenal problems.

  • Things work differently for different people. If you really cacao then a little now and again won't kill you. If cacao doesn't agree with you then don't eat it. I appreciate both points of view, Paul's right in what he says, but very zealous about it.

  • I do not know which one of these guys is right or wrong, but I think Paul CLEARLY won the debate. He came across more passionate and knowledgeable about the subject matter. Paul Nison and David Wolfe should definitely debate this. THAT would be a SHOW.

  • I would like to see Paul and David Wolfe debate the Cacao

  • I think Matt is ABSOLUTELY RIGHT!! Everything in moderation.

  • I get jacked up and get strung out from that "raw cacao", and after a while I get really poor sleep!

  • I'm not opposed to a little every once in a blue moon, but from a debate POV I tend to agree with Paul.

You can't debate the value of a food in supporting health based on its value as a transitional food for someone eating much worse.

Paul clearly explained what's wrong with cocoa but Matt failed to show why it *should* be in one's diet or any true health benefits other than 'it's better than coffee'.

The main question is should it be portrayed as a super-food that *should* be in one's diet?

  • That was intense. I'm going to continue eating cacao/cocoa in moderation.

  • Just wondering if there is a difference of the effects on men vs. women, cause even though i am loving my raw food diet, i still feel i need lots of chocolate about 2 days a month!

  • interesting.... i like both of you guys, but i am defiantly agreeing with Matt on this on. BY the way, Cacao does NOT have any caffeine in it. Those test paul ran must have been completely inaccurate. But it does have theobromine, which is a mild stimulant.

In my early days of eating raw I actually did a cacao fast. I ate nothing but spring water and cacao for a single day. I had over 80 cacao beans!!! And guess what.... i was fine. I enjoyed every second of it.

  • crack-coa hah :)

  • I have been eating "Raw" Cacao for months.I have been eating it in large quantities for about a month simultaneously transitioning to a 100% raw food vegan lifestyle.I enjoy the Cacao.I abhor the effects of coffee and was never able to enjoy it because of how jittery it made me. I am extremely sensitive to caffeine. With Cacao,I have had none of the highs and lows associated with caffeine or stimulant-foods.I'll do more research into Paul's claims.Thank you Matt for posting!Peaceful disagreement!

  • @brooklynnboy

I agree, i can eat the cacao, sweetened with agave and i don't get a rush like eating traditional sugar sweetened chocolate, but i still get that satisfied feeling :) aaah!

  • I believe Cacao overstimulated my adrenals with one tablespoon per day. My urine was brown for weeks until I took the cacao out

  • raw chocolate is the healthiest food on earth because it has magnesium which is the #1 mineral in our brain and heart. also it gives you energy like a little kid, is a laxative and there is no come down. its a natural aphrodisiac too :)

  • I've come to the realization that even toxic things can be medicinal. Tobacco, for example, is a medicine and some people need that medicine. At a certain stage in a person's journey, different poisons can be quite instructive. Oddly, smoking (and quitting) taught me how to eat natural foods. It forced me to listen to my body for the first time and learn to work with instead of against it. It taught me to let go of the need to judge myself and others because I came face to face with myself.

  • In my opinion, there is no either/or. I believe that Cacao is a medicine, and nature intended it for medicinal use only by humans. As Paul said, I do not think it is a substitute for anything, nor do I think it should be eaten in food quantities. However, while someone is weaning off of caffeine, ADD medications, and other stimulants, it can provide a less harmful medicinal benefit so as to make an easier transition.

  • Paul takes a very rational common sense approach on this, i side with him

  • I have been vegan 23 years with no starches the last three years and now100% raw for the last 7 weeks. All this time I continued to drink shots of organic espresso...... recently trying to quit that. I bought raw cacao nibs recently and ate some. They gave me a headache for days and I could not sleep for days. I was angry and upset all week with a terrible toxic feeling. I have NEVER EVER felt that stimulated from organic coffee as I did from the raw cacao, and I will not ever eat it again.

  • @ravendream33

could the headache and toxic feeling be withrawels from the espresso? I know thats what happened to me when i quit coffee.

  • I didn't stop drinking the espresso when I ate the cacao nibs......I added them to my diet along with the espresso. I never had such a toxic feeling from coffee or espresso in 20 years of coffee drinking......I just agree with Paul Nison that cacao is not good for food use even though it has a lot of antioxidants and magnesium. I still think it is toxic to the liver.

  • The most awkward, difficult to watch video on YouTube ever! I'm so mellow yet deeply tonified by the raw cacao fudge chunk ice cream I just made.

  • I follow based on my feelings and the look in the skin and eyes. That being said, I am feeling Matt.

  • Comment removed

  • Cacao is definitely stimulating. I've had to take a few tablespoons of MSM powder in a glass of H2O to 'come down' many times. Also if I have Cacao in the morning for example, by night time I have to have a big piece of CHEESE (dairy). I may have to change my license plate from Cacao to Carob ;->

  • H E A R T

I Guess It Really Is Not For Everyone

however it's been working out perfectly

    find for me...

    stimulant or not

    it's fun

This Paul Nison is acting like it's

    ASPARTAME, FLUORIDE, or something?

Wow! But I Guess That's His Opinion.

    P E A C E

  • yeah, but i can see what he's saying. it's just as easy for someone to switch to carob as it is cacao. why not just do that, since you know it's bad for you? you know what i mean? but yeah, i guess compared to a Hershey's bar, cacao would obviously be the better choice.

  • How long have you been on cacao?

  • Nothing special about cacao, just overhyped, over marketed, and money is being made on it. It is not a "super food".

  • Great video! I never felt good about cacao, superfoods, and all these foreign fruits (noni, goji, acai, etc.). Just simple recipes of fresh foods works for me. Agave? Get real people!

  • I agree with Paul that its misleading, its simple marketing to attract people to raw bc everyone loves cocoa and there is a huge profit to be made from it. if u r 100% really clean raw then why would you need it? I got negative effects from it after a year going raw and did take time till i figured out that it was the cocoa...what a shame that its bad for us:(

  • but look at the bright side bro, at least people who transition and eat veggie burgers and raw chocolate dessert are on the path, still a little bit lost, but they are at least moving in the right direction, we cannot be so hard on those that are not getting this, have a little patience and as rawph0enix said, it is the best they can do NOW, and its healthier still

    Love n Peace

    QM

  • Hi, thx for the reply, i agree this is the tug o war, it makes raw fun and interesting but at least cigarettes carry a warning on the packet where as cacao doesnt. I still have the staff but use maybe once a month. R u raw in eastern europe? how do you find it socially?

  • hey, everybody has their own lessons to take, i don't give a shit really about social stuff...i don't even know any vegetarian. I found that pursuing truth, i left more and more people behind. You dig into the soil and you keep digging, removing dirt till you get to the life spring. I have one dear friend, who supports me and it's ok. The hard part for me is quality of fruits n veggies in poland and money issues. Sometimes i buy for example a watermelon and its not sweet or whatever.

  • or i just spend all my money on fruits and they are a little bit fermented and then i have stomach aches or loose poo :P I don't want to spend all my day chopping veggeis or watching over fruits, visiting different shops, for now i'm doijg the best i can and eating as many raw fruits and veggies, rest is complex carbs, normal cooked vegan diet, except of breads, white sugar and not so much salt.

    Peace men and good luck.

    QM

  • thats pretty amazing to attempt raw in poland bc i know how traditional europeans in general are to their food, i live in london and have found it difficult to go all raw so i also do the best i can and try everyway i can to make this diet easy so im not hanging about the kitchen all fucking day if you know what i mean. i know what you mean by truth finding in dirt digging, now i feel i live in two worlds..the old and the truth. all the best!

  • Paul has a lot of valid points, but he seems to lack a fundamental understanding in the human condition and its propensity towards being a pleasure seeking being. Trading up Hersheys for raw chocolate is a positive realistic move that the majority of the population can achieve now. Not in 5 years, not in 10 years time...right NOW. It allows people to believe that a healthy lifestyle is not only possibility for them, but could also be a fun and sustainable one.

  • Well the cacao dammages the dna also.

  • Matt you are right on with your point of view on this--

for some people super health is not an attainable goal--

    only "healthier" is the goal...

    you are right on Matt

  • I would pay good money to see a no-holds-barred cage match between David Wolfe and Paul Nison.

    Two men enter...One man leaves.

  • Yeah me too. So matt when are you going to get these two raw foods kings together (paul and david) to have a debate on raw chocolate. Id pay good money to see it. Maybe you can arrange it sometime or even get david wolfe to respond to paul assumptions in this video. cheers

  • debbie i agree

id pay $ 100 to hear Paul Vs. Wolfe on this issue, bring in the heavyweights

  • @ferrell0 Nison would crush Wolfe!

  • all stimulation is bad?? soooo should I give up sex?? It floods the body with all kinds of chemicals and depletes the body's supply. Working out releases edorphins that speed up the body too. Theobromine does have positive effects for some ..like asthmatics. I say get to know what it does for you and then decide...getting in touch with what you take into your body and what it does to you is much more important than arguing if a natural chemical in a food is evil. Trust in your own body :)

  • This was fantastic-Matt, Angela and Paul are my raw heroes and in several years of experience, I have to side with Paul on the cacao debate. It may not kill you, but it does elicit negative reactions in lots of people. Matt's point about moderation is valid, but why take it at all when it's simply unhealthy for you? Try carob instead. Paul does appear to trying to offer a counterpoint to the cacao-as-superfood approach taken by David Wolfe and Shazzie, among others. Keep the great videos coming!

  • This guy, Paul, has some brilliant points. I will look into his books, finally someone gets it and is speaking up loud and proud about it.

  • And I love the ending, great way to wrap this up.

  • Comment removed

  • Ok, you guys miss the point I think. For a really healthy person with a healthy Body and very important: a person with a healthy, loving thinking Mind Cacao might not be the best thing to do. If your Happy and loving and active there would be no need for cacao. But I think even tho it may be not the best for the body it can be great for depression and other things. Not everyone is doin so great all the time and its better then drinking alcohol or coffe or both or even worse drugs...

  • LOL THAT WAS HILARIOUS when u brought him some cacao!!! classic! and hes all 'i'll eat it at midnight,we'll over eat it..." ahh awesome! funny guys! and "crack-cao" LOL

hey matt thanks for doing both sides of view points on here :) would love to see more of these kinda things.

  • this makes me want to eat a raw chocolate bar.

  • Well done Matt. Great debate video!

  • Matt is trying to pull people bit by bit slowly introducing them into the raw food diet cause it is HARD! Especially off the top. Paul Nison has a point as well. Cool debate!

  • in my opinion, this paul guy was ridiculous. i don't see the point in being so militant when it comes to advising people on what to eat and what foods to stay away from. our body is not so fragile that it cannot deal with a little raw cacao!!

of course, i can understand that becase paul is a salesperson, he wants to promote what ever he has to offer (just like he accuses the raw cacao producers of)...but personally i think i'll pass :)

  • i love stimulation!!! ya baby. we will all pass from this life...paul needs to relax... stress is caused by worrying about every single thing that enters our bodies! moderation is key... go meditate and eat cacao. see u on the other side:)

  • paul nison won this round .

  • ive thrown all of mine away

  • ive changed my mind, raw cacao chocolate is poison

  • Paul Nison makes a lot of sense. Have a listen to his own videos.

I think that if you are coming from a point of ill health, then Paul's arguments are well worth following to the letter.

If your health is reasonable, then you'll probably get away with the stimutation foods and other lifestyle stresses, but it doesn't mean it's good for you though.

  • I would never EVER touch this product. I'm hyper sensitive to caffeine which I haven't has in years. :) So not an option for me. But it is good to know because I as a new raw fooder might have bought this not knowing that it was packed full of something that might be harmful for me personally. So..... kodos!! Thank you for informing us. Bravo!!

  • I think it's all relevant. For S.A.D people, yes raw choc can be healthy, BUT I don't eat it, and what I don't like is the hype that it is a 'superfood' - it is NOT, BUT it can be a good replacement for people looking for healthier choices, but for someone like, say, a fruitarian or an 811er it would be taking a step backwards if they intergrated it into their diet.

  • Paul Nison won i think

  • So helpful to listen to both sides. I'm undecided at the moment .. when I first started eating raw chocolate, I felt over stimulated .. now, I feel it's a useful addition while in transition.

  • that was my favorite video yet, just remember we are all batting for the same team! haha....does kill alot of your sales from the store tho matt so watch out what/who you re actually defending. got one pack of raw cacao and aet some at 5 and was up all night, wrecked my adrenals too, still recovering.

  • Awesome debate! We need more of these! Loved this video.

  • I agree for gods sake if someone is raw there bloody healthy so a little choc everynow and then whoop di do...for gods sake people are smokers there whole lifes like my grandpa and live till 93. Im not recomending anyone smoke but a little choc in an other wise really healthy diet has to be ok. And this guy is to much. I like matt and angelas soft approach and NON judgmental approach to

  • The sacred cacao seeds open the heart-center... might be a good thing for Paul if you ask me!

  • Azurite, I agree with you! Besides, I believe the benefits of cacao far outweigh the negative aspects. :) A little organic chocolate goes a long way, and it's really all relative. It's like anything..you gotta go with what works for YOU! Peace, :D

  • Cacao is the best!

Paul needs to take a rest

    He looks stressed

His hair looks like a mess

    Matt looks way more fresh

  • I am going to side with Paul on this one. I've only been RAW for 7 weeks. I thought I'd try a little raw cacao nibs in my green smoothie w/some banana & kale. I totally felt the stimulation from the cacao. Won't ever eat it again. I like feeling clean, not replacing one addictive property with another.-RAWbyn

  • I think cocoa is healthy, people just don't understand that only a very small amount of our diet should come from nuts in order to be balanced. so any nut in high quanities is unhealthy.

  • I agree with Matt on this one. I don't eat a lot of raw chocolate, but it has been helpful in going raw. I think all is good in moderation and we all have different requirments for our bodies. Our bodies are all unique and I think we should try different raw diets and see what works for our bodies. You cannot count on someone else telling you what is best for you. You have to make that journey yourself.

  • Who is the charismatic person he is referring to?

  • lol.....it can't be David Wolfe.....

  • Are sure sure it's not the self proclaimed King of Cacao!!!!

  • Wonderful video. Professional discussion. While I love chocolate, I have chosen not to eat cacao. It made me very high and then very low. I did not feel good after I ate it. I actually threw nearly the entire package out. While I agree with Matt that you can get over caffeine with a little chocolate, it is better just to try and kick it cold turkey. Chocolate is a hard habit to break. I have found that dates help control my chocolate cravings. I really don't like dates but they do help.

  • That's great!

Bring up the studies of longevity with people consuming chocolate. Jean Louise Calment ate 2 pounds of chocolate a day and lived to be 122...

Or the Kuna tribe in Panama which drinks 40 cups of cocoa per week (per person) and they have a longer lifespan than the surrounding tribes who have the same diet (minus the cocoa).

Cacao has 0-1/20th the amount of caffeine as a cup of coffee by weight, add in the fact that you will probably eat less cacao then coffee anyways, it's less.

  • but raw cacao doesnt have caffine, it has a sister stimulant that is actually good for you called theobromine....???? so if that information is wrong how can I believe the other information? Maybe the raw cacao info was just bad info....?

  • i dont eat cacao, coffee, or tea anyways .. i love bananas, mangoes, blueberries, lots of fruit and vegetables and fish! i also enjoy chicken from time to time as long as its clean :) dr, mark hyman the ultra mind solution is an awesome book and has made my brain alot healthier.. the fact is raw vegan people usually are deficient in alot of things.. all i know is that i feel super when im eating mostly sweet fruit and veggies and lots of fish, chicken, and eggs.. i dont eat dairy or gluten!~

  • Matt I love that you did this interview. I dig David Wolfe's Naked Chocolate book and it is a treat. I also agree with Paul in the sense that it is an indulgence ...for m e anyway. I can't eat too much or I don't feel good. Matt & Angela - love to you both- keep up the good work and THANKYOU!

  • This guy is annoying. Personally I feel bombarded by him and am completely turned off. My god live a little-have some cocoa

  • daylight diet? what do you recommend folks do in alaska in the winter? starve?

i personally like cacao and for those of us with chronic fatigue it is a life saver.

  • Good point, most "raw food professionals" seem to live in places like California or Hawaii, i.e. warm climates. I'd like to hear what they have to say about living in more northerly climates. Historically people in these areas have had high fat diets.

  • @xthedownfallx helllo!!!! paul nison is from brooklyn, new york, hardly the sunshine state...

  • great show , i personally have chocoalte not very often , once in a while i like a warm chocolate before i go to bed or just to sooth my stomache and give me a happy feeling , recently though i have been very rarely having chocolate at all , and prefer bananas and water , good show

  • Hi Matt, I totally LOVE you . . . . BUT, but but -- I hate to say this but I feel you LOST the debate :-( This guy Paul is a freakin' genius and thankyou for posting this awesome interaction between you two guys. I am a former caffeine junkie and have been totally supeicious of cacao from the get go - thanks PN for confriming my intuitive suspicions - - Caffeine is caffeine is caffeine period and it's a DRUG!

  • Love matt!

when we (raw fooders) eat something toxic we do fell it , i fell very good with cacao . David wolfe said something nice like if you need to heal something stick with simple raw foods but if not why not have some cacao fun?

  • I agree... Matt is balanced.......I myself am sensative to Raw Choc,,As Stimulating conversation as a Raw Choc Bar :)

  • Think I'm gonna have to side w/Paul on this debate. In my personal experience, having 'crack-cao' only once.. yeah it didn't make me feel so good. Once was enough..

  • you are so right! overeating is such an issue.

such great tips in such a short amount of time!

    thanks for posting.

  • WHOA guys. awesome debate...that was brilliant to see. thanks for keeping all the opposing opinions up, Matt. That's what I love about your philosophy...you want everyone to talk and not just ignore each other because they disagree, which I love. You, Angela, and Kevin and Annemarie Gianni are my raw heros. You keep it completely real! I hope to meet you all at Raw Spirit Fest this weekend... :)

  • wow, what a debate! i think matt's perspective sounds much more balanced.
