When I worked as a beauty consultant previously, I learnt that SPF 1 can last for 15 minutes. It means that SPF 15 can last for 225 mins = 3 hours++

I think SPF 30 is enough to last the whole day.

But I would like to try the Age shield face sunblock you mentioned :)

good vid... quick tip for those who have oily t-zones... you might not want to use the technique this little lady used in this vid if you have an oily t-zone because the area closest to your nose on both side of your inner cheeks have wider pores. that is why you get oily in that area. over applying highlight will make your face look super oily. but other than that, you should be fine. just a tip... not trying to be rude.

I love that foundation! The only thing I dont like about foundation is it slides off my forehead after ten minutes. I guess my forehead is really oily. Its the only place on my face though where I dont have moderate acne :(

Maybe you should try not putting any face lotion on ur forehead, just so that the foundation can adhere to your skin better, and be sure to set it with powder :) but the prep and prime works really good for me :D
