The seliing of the stocks of GS was to a time where BP already knew that

there where technical problems with the drilling. So this is not really a

a evidence.

There is a need of criminal investigation but , as far as I know , there is no

impeachment of BP ! Why not ? The law in Germany requires a

impeachment in such case ! Why not in US ?
