I read a fanfic for this pairing several months ago.
It works well. I love the TR/Lyra pairings, especially Ariana/Lyra and Lance/Lyra; I'm a sap for sadism and mental fics.

Holy crap, I love this couple. I've been shipping it since I played the game and all the dialogue between them seemed a little flirtatious. (Although that might just be the yuri goggles attached to my head.)
