I totally agree with TB; I play on a 360 and a gaming pc, and I would totally love to own a ps3 if I could afford it. I also not only play WoW, but occasionally runescape and even Aion (If I can find the time). I also get any chance I can to try out and get into other MMOs.

Well TB, this is my favorite AD, because of the crazy jumping mammoth. It just cracks me up everytime. :D It's the only thing that could have made me favorite one specific video ; they're all awesome and I enjoy watching the new video everyday (night, actually) before I go to bed. :)

On the last question, more than correct. why is it that people think that they need to try and persuade, sometimes even force others to play what THEY enjoy, and mock what the other guy does? As a person who owns the Wii, Xbox 360, AND PS3, (As well as WoW: For the Horde) each console has their advantages over the others that make them enjoyable to different groups of people, so I don't see the point in arguing which one is better because NONE of them are better than the other for all gamers.
@burnoutboy11 Pretty much, Xbox has a great UI and is easy to manage. The ps3 has internet browsing (I cant even explain how much I want that on xbox) >_< but the wii is still a trash paperweight.
On the MMO question... What you need to think about playing several MMOs is the factor of time. A few years ago I played WoW and EVE Online at the same time and it turned out that I couldn't really focus on both at the same level.
And on the matter of the last sentence: Talk about video games and spreading the 'wise words' is really a waste of time compared to playing them instead. ;)

so much in common with TB probably why I like the videos. I buy loads of games and don't finish most of them. I can't seem to finish games with 8 or 10 hour campaigns most of the time but massive games like Dragon Age, Mass Effect, Baldur's Gate (yea they''re all Bioware) I have no problem sinking 50 or 60 hours to complete because they are so damn good.

Playing two games is actually rather fun gives variety in your gaming style and keeps you from being bored because some parts of wow is better and RS is better in some ways.

Contrustive comment - I think that in the daily grind maybe have one for horde and one for ally. As much as I find it interesting to see these horde quests unfortuanatly i dont play horde. This way there is a nice taster for other who only play ally :). Sorry if this is a pain in a butt just a thought :)

Tbh I’m a bit sick of the same “wrath baby” “wrath syndrome” talk appearing in every episodes mailbox. The people jumping aboard the bandwagon and claiming if you don’t CC you’re a wrathnoob are often the less skilled players.
We are a month into the expansion and the majority of players are geared enough that any group consisting of 5 moderately skilled players can blast through heroics with ease.
The only people whinging and calling for CC every pull are the dps pulling 5k, the healers aboard the "too hard" bandwagon and the paladin tanks who don't know what RF is.
If every group you are in still has to resort to CCing 3 mobs every pull, then maybe it's you who are the problem.

Question here, I am new to your channel and was wondering if you do any class specific videos. What i mean is, if you did like a warrior/tank or dps show where you got a great player to show how that class is used at a highly skilled lvl. I think people would like that. There are a lot of players who are curious as to why some people are so good at a class and they are not. Call it a bit of entertaining class instruction if you would.
This could give the players who que before the match start the ability to get the items the people who were chosen do. It could be simple, if you un-que then you are ported out and receive nothing, and if you que after the battle starts, well you are just screwed.
I sort of feel that the bridge exploit is a better thing to keep. Keep in mind that the que system seems a bit off and that Tol Barad requires a 1:1 ratio. Most of the people that que for Tol Barad are waiting at the bridge and believe that it betters their chance in getting chosen. I feel that bridge exploit is a fair way to treat the players that did not get to participate. Blizzard could change the way this works by adding a neutral zone where people in que untill the match starts getportedto

I must admit I am a wrath baby (hit lvl 80 on my first character right before icc was released) but I believe that I do not have wrath syndrome, I think it's mainly because I am a healer so I am all to familiar with staying out of the fire, I do all I can to conserve mana but end up getting annoyed when the tank or dps pull next group while I'm trying to get back mana, usually results with me struggling to keep everyone alive and if I dont then they blame me. T-T

I do the bridge exploit and so does the entire alliance faction on my server. We never get in to Tol Barad because like 25 horde's join and about 200 alliance try to, i queued yesterday at 14:59 the seccond it opened, and I still didn't get in, so what should I do?
@Sweeneyelawl The Q doesn't take whoever queues first, it picks at random. So all you really can do is just queue, and cross your fingers that you get in.

Seriously though, the whole "Wrath Syndrom/WrathBaby" buzzword fad is getting old. Congratulations to everyone who bought this game before I did - before WotLK came out - and somehow avoided being a bad player based on chronolgy. Same with the comment on the blue post when TB said that the "WrathBabies" probably won't get it. So what! Its not the cure for cancer, but somethin VERY trivial with no real impact on anything.
@ccon96 I too am a wrath baby (hit level 80 around 3.2), im also in the core 1 group of a guild #12 on our server. the Wrath syndrome IS getting old, but i think the idea with wrath was to attract as many new players as possible and give them easy bosses to learn so that they can learn to play, which honestly really helped me personally. Bad players will always be bad, wrath babies or not. Wrath only made the bad players more visible with the badge system it used, thats all.
PvE content in WotLK was so easy that people stopped carrying about fight mechanics, because it basically wasn't needed anymore. Since WotLK isn't so far away (less than 1 month), people unfortunately are bringing this "don't care" erratic behavior to Cataclysm PvE also, leading to obvious disasters in Pick-up groups (PuGs).
TotalBiscuit, I understand that people with wrath syndrome are in the game and its an issue with a lot of dungeon groups. What do you honestly full on believe we should do about it? And also, if you don't mind answering this. Are you ever tired of reading the letters with people complaining or stating wrath syndrome? I understand constructive criticism, but don't you also think people are going too far?

Tbh I’m a bit sick of the same “wrath baby” “wrath syndrome” talk appearing in every episodes mailbox. The people jumping aboard the bandwagon and claiming if you don’t CC you’re a wrathnoob are often the less skilled players.
We are a month into the expansion and the majority of players are geared enough that any group consisting of 5 moderately skilled players can blast through heroics with ease.

The only people whinging and calling for CC every pull are the dps pulling 5k, the healers aboard the "too hard" bandwagon and the paladin tanks who don't know what RF is.
If every group you are in still has to resort to CCing 3 mobs every pull, then maybe it's you who are the problem.
On a lighter note, great videos TB, you're a natural entertainer :)

when TB says wrathbabies, does he mean everyone who joined in wrath or just people who act like buffoons because they played wrath? Im asking because i joined in wrath but can play reasonably well (ei not pulling random etc). Just asking, love your vids TB.

In regard to your console wars bit, I have a brother, he has a ps3 which I am allowed to play any time, but I still prefer playing the xbox, it has nothing to do with me not having all the systems ( we have a wii also). Only idiots say their console is the best without trying the other, IMO xbox is just the best

Question here, I am new to your channel and was wondering if you do any class specific videos. What i mean is, if you did like a warrior/tank or dps show where you got a great player to show how that class is used at a highly skilled lvl. I think people would like that. There are a lot of players who are curious as to why some people are so good at a class and they are not. Call it a bit of entertaining class instruction if you would.

This could give the players who que before the match start the ability to get the items the people who were chosen do. It could be simple, if you un-que then you are ported out and receive nothing, and if you que after the battle starts, well you are just screwed.

I sort of feel that the bridge exploit is a better thing to keep. Keep in mind that the que system seems a bit off and that Tol Barad requires a 1:1 ratio. Most of the people that que for Tol Barad are waiting at the bridge and believe that it betters their chance in getting chosen. I feel that bridge exploit is a fair way to treat the players that did not get to participate. Blizzard could change the way this works by adding a neutral zone where people in que untill the match starts getportedto

Great closing words TB. People unfortunately has identity issues and confuse their material purchases with their own raison d'être, thus becoming defensive, even terribly wounded when someone else causes them to question whether they've made the right purchasing decision.
You see this everywhere, not just video games, unfortunately.

@fnit2 People who still live in the essence of believeing the game will essentially play iteslf as it did in Wrath of the lich king; Wrath was so easy that people didnt try their hardest, they expected to do things first time. but now cata is out, they expect the same but will not get it. People who still believe the game should be played as wrath of the lich king was are the people that we say still have wrath syndrome.

I must admit I am a wrath baby (hit lvl 80 on my first character right before icc was released) but I believe that I do not have wrath syndrome, I think it's mainly because I am a healer so I am all to familiar with staying out of the fire, I do all I can to conserve mana but end up getting annoyed when the tank or dps pull next group while I'm trying to get back mana, usually results with me struggling to keep everyone alive and if I dont then they blame me. T-T

I don't really get this hate for 'wrath babies' I mean to be perfectly honest, its kind of lame to have been around in vanilla- it means you've been playing a computer game for 6 odd years of your lives. Its like a cripple calling an able bodied person 'two legs' as an insult.

I do the bridge exploit and so does the entire alliance faction on my server. We never get in to Tol Barad because like 25 horde's join and about 200 alliance try to, i queued yesterday at 14:59 the seccond it opened, and I still didn't get in, so what should I do?

@Sweeneyelawl The Q doesn't take whoever queues first, it picks at random. So all you really can do is just queue, and cross your fingers that you get in.

Seriously though, the whole "Wrath Syndrom/WrathBaby" buzzword fad is getting old. Congratulations to everyone who bought this game before I did - before WotLK came out - and somehow avoided being a bad player based on chronolgy. Same with the comment on the blue post when TB said that the "WrathBabies" probably won't get it. So what! Its not the cure for cancer, but somethin VERY trivial with no real impact on anything.

@ccon96 I too am a wrath baby (hit level 80 around 3.2), im also in the core 1 group of a guild #12 on our server. the Wrath syndrome IS getting old, but i think the idea with wrath was to attract as many new players as possible and give them easy bosses to learn so that they can learn to play, which honestly really helped me personally. Bad players will always be bad, wrath babies or not. Wrath only made the bad players more visible with the badge system it used, thats all.

PvE content in WotLK was so easy that people stopped carrying about fight mechanics, because it basically wasn't needed anymore. Since WotLK isn't so far away (less than 1 month), people unfortunately are bringing this "don't care" erratic behavior to Cataclysm PvE also, leading to obvious disasters in Pick-up groups (PuGs).

TotalBiscuit, I understand that people with wrath syndrome are in the game and its an issue with a lot of dungeon groups. What do you honestly full on believe we should do about it? And also, if you don't mind answering this. Are you ever tired of reading the letters with people complaining or stating wrath syndrome? I understand constructive criticism, but don't you also think people are going too far?
