It always starts with a cool action sequence, then the hero gets a mission to seek and stop somebody who is trying to take over the world, gets fancy and expensive equipment, finds a local sexy girl, sleeps with her, they get attacked, next get captured, the evil guy tells about his plan and goes away, the girl is a traitor, the hero frees himself even if it seems impossible, the girl joins the good guys, there's a great escape with a boom,
