Offensive rants are not "just chit chat". This man(?) needs to work with those flight attendants in all circumstances, including emergencies. Having worked for 5 major airlines in the past 25 years, I've never heard anything so outrageous. Has he heard of CLR? Command/Leadership/Resource Management? In an emergency how would he work with his crew and gay and elderly passengers, not having any respect from them? His job doesn't involve getting laid on his lay-over.
