It will let you know which special infected are in the area and if there is an incoming attack. Listen closely so eventually you can turn the close captioning off :D Hope that helps

I'm sure you know this, but after you light the tank on fire, a timer is set where he dies automatically after a certain amount of time. Since you run slower while running backwards and shooting, don't worry about shooting and just run like hell until the tank dies. :P Good job btw. I'm trying to get through this part with bots and it's hard as hell.

@KristenNicholle actually the timer you speak of is its health. it loses health just ke a normall tank in versus when its on fire. the timer that you think of might be how long the tank can go without seeing a survivor.
