Storm call is ridiculously overpowered and dangerous. I used it once, just after I first got it, when I was surrounded by necromancers - it instantly killed Lydia AND my bloody horse.

@arvinandmoko they are not mods. I have both of those shouts, and I play on 360. The one he uses to hold the dragon down is dragonrend. You get that one, and the storm one, during the main quest of the game.

I actually do not like Storm Call because if you have a companion with you the Shout actually targets them as if they were an enemy. Or at least on my it does; Jordis was not amused at all either and I ended up a corpse lol.

This. Unlimited shouts makes the game stupid easy. You can use console commands to give yourself no shout cooldown and you'll see it for yourself. You never need to run, you just use whirlwind sprint; you never need to die, you just pop ethereal. You can pop storm call every fight. List goes on...

@Veteran94s It's so it evens out. Like Storm Call to fight a dragon while in the air is useful, but as soon as your shout cools, the sky clears (I think, right?). It's fair that way since you can't use Storm Call then Dragonrend to land the dragon. Dragonrend has a short cool time because it's only useful on dragons and it causes no harm. Storm Call causes an immense amount of damage over a long time to both enemies (and allies) in the air and on the ground.

The Storm Call (assuming you use all three words) has a 600 second (10 minute) cooldown, but a 180 duration, so you're waiting 7 minutes after the effect wears off in order to use another spell. 1 power word is 60 seconds, 300 sec duration and 2 power words is 120 sec duration and 480 sec cooldown. (UESP)

The Dragonborn takes power from the dragons, so by that logic the dragons should also be able to use their shouts one after another with no consequence whatsoever. The Thu'um is a projection of one's inner spirit; not a bottomless pit of power.

@Holamellamopancho1 on the computer if you type `tgm it turns on on God Mode which is what it sounds like. Can not die, does not use stamina does not use mana and no cool downs for anything. You will note that he is not takeing damage from the fire so it is most likely not a mod.
