humaydi were the rulers and not jurists they were from banu khalid and had some economic power in some of cities in najd and becuase of najd economic depencies on the ruling tribe they withdraw thier support and it was not because of the ibn abdul wahabs father.

Ibn abdul wahab moved to diriyah where he formed an alliance with the saud family and had the suppoirt to call to tawheed and removal of shirk.

I have a question that perplexes me.Why muslims don't allow christian missionaries to preach christianity in muslim lands just as muslims freely preach islam in non-muslim lands and take for granted the right to give Dawah to non muslims ?

Rafaa, I might be wrong but in place like pakistan, afghanistan, Albania, turkey, morrocco, syria, lebanon, UAE, yemen and other places you will find they have chritian charities their and through their missionary work they teach some a little more directly then others and you will also find some of the local population are in fact people of other faiths and have their own schools, churches etc.

In spain for example, it is not easy to preach Islam! this is just my own observation, I maybe wrong.
