Cincinnati bell hungup on me three days ago so i went to the store and made them call their own service line just to show them how outrageous it is... not joking i yelled a little and got a new phone for free
WTF... The manager is a robot? In the UK If I need a new debit card or whatever I just call a number, press whatever number relates and then I get put through to a HUMAN. But I constantly get calls from robots... I guess It's better than getting calls from Asian humans who can barely speak English. I feel less guilty hanging up on a robot than a person lol.
