Indicas crystals ARE on the inside and sativas are on the outside, note sativa is the most popular between the two...most popular dro and kush are sativa, OG kush is sativa :)

Yes stems do have THC content in them, people use them to brew tea and yes it does work, try it but get honey haha piece

now recap yes the green does matter and can help identify the potency of your weed but only if your in a hurry, the majority of the THC are found in these trichomes so the more crystals the more potency
