I agree, but the clicking could not be helped. It was a hard task, aiming that camera at the TV set for such long stretches of time, and to hold it in 1 position at all times is an impossibility.

You're right, it's manslaughter. 1st degree is premeditated, which it wasn't. He shouldn't have gotten the death penalty.
