Manslaughter is not the case. Murder 2. He was not being physically threatened. He knew what he was doing. Unless they were considering that he was robbing the place. In most states; a murder committed in the process of another felony, would constitute the death penalty

You're right, it's manslaughter. 1st degree is premeditated, which it wasn't. He shouldn't have gotten the death penalty.

I agree, but the clicking could not be helped. It was a hard task, aiming that camera at the TV set for such long stretches of time, and to hold it in 1 position at all times is an impossibility.

this would be better if not for the clicking that goes on in back ground when fiddling with the video camera.
