  • Fantastic work! Reminds me of the tori with Moebius internal continuity created by Gonzalo Velez-Jahn and drawn in Google Sketchup by Pedro Hippolyte - check them out at the 3d warehouse.

  • Really nice render here! I love the way the reflections give the illusion of turning cogs.

  • @phpref I'm thinking I might do another Moebius related math model, I have had quite a lot of interest in this render!

  • you are soooo hot

  • @aubrycole1 Thanks, but I'm not sure what you mean by your comment!

  • Im so glad I found your channel.

  • Hey is there a way you can make one edge of the spiraling pathway blue and leave the other edge red?? Or maybe like a short demo clip of you moving around and viewing/editing this object more and maybe a different render ? I'm totally fascinated by this configuration of the Moebius strip. i wonder how interesting it would be to see this rotating on and axis right through the center of the hole in the middle. As if there was an imaginary pole in the middle and you spun it like a top.

  • @TheMeansardine If your interested in the Moebius strip math model all the software as well as the render farm I used are all free. You can do all the above with TopMod and Blender. You can render in HD for free at vSwarm.

If you like math models you should check out my other videos, also KnotPlot is very powerful. My new favorite tool is XenoDream!!!! I can email the my moebius files for topmod and blender or just Google topmod and moebius to model your own.

  • holy flipin shaz man this is twistin awesome!!......for real though this is a contribution on many levels for me. i haven't been able to visualize what i've been thinking properly and as soon as i saw it oscillate my jaw dropped! thumbs up!
