wow 455000km thats a lot to bad it blew nice van, my 1990 Ford F250 Diesel has 564200km on the original engine and still runs like new no rebuilt :)

lucky we didnt own it when the motor blew. the guy spent almost $3000 rebuilding it when you can buy a brand new motor outta the crate for $1200.

It has a throttle body but it works like a carb.

Throttle body injection is Fuel Injection. Gas just goes to the injectors like a carb system, but it is fuel injection. (Good thing, 'cause I HATE carbs!)
