  • I love doing the Plank and Russian Twists with my little man! He gets cranky toward the end of the 12min workout on Ultimate 1 and they cheer him right up!

I wanted to ask you a few questions. 1) are you breastfeeding? 2) how much weight did you gain being pregnant? 3) did you workout during your pregnancy and if so, how much? And finally, 4) how old are you? - I gained 65lbs and am 36. I am now at 160lb and am looking to lose another 20. I am breastfeeding my 7mos old and didn't work out during exercise (doctor's orders - long story). Write me back, please. Thank you.

  • Do you have a post pregnancy DVD? I see you have a Fit Pregnancy Kettlebell DVD, but I already have my daughter and REALLY need to work on my core (c-section). I went from being 104lbs to 155lbs with a 9.4lbs baby, so I have a TON of excess belly fat. I did the core exercise video you have on YT, and absolutely love feeling the burn in my abs!!

  • @mnsonya85 im in the same boat as you as far as the c-section and belly fat go...people think im pregnant with another one (im 23 and it does not help that i look like im 16 so i get alot of dirty looks) I just want to lose my big belly so i hope these work
