Thumbs up major if you want Oro to be featured as either DLC in SSF4:Arcade Edition (I know its already out with Yang, Yun, Evil Ryu and Oni (Akuma)) or for Oro to re-debut as a fully playable character complete with his own story and so forth in the next street fighter (SF5). Even Hugo, and the other 3rd Strike characters. I would even say some from alpha like Rolento and Karin as well as the fighters from the Ex Series but some from the Ex series were not as good to me like the skeleton guy.

Pro Tip: Oro is not actually missing an arm. He keeps it under his toga/whatever. He has several moves in 3S where he uses both arms. It's the kind of thing you wanna look into before making entire mod XD
