I love how Izzie sticks up for Meredith and calls Nancy "McBitchy" but I think my favorite part of this ep is when Derek lets his sister Nancy know the extent of Addison's affair with Mark. The look on her face was just so telling. Almost like she just realized like her brother Derek, that Addison had lied to her too. Now that Nancy knows the whole truth, it would be nice to see her come back to Seattle and see her brother Derek and his wife Meredith again.
