I'm torn with the whole Journey/Arnel/Steve thing. I love Journey. But, no matter what, Steve Perry IS 'the voice'. Arnel's got a fantastic voice (although he has a tendancy to 'over sing' which he needs to reign in). I respectfully disagree with anthony95401. After watching the DVD several times, I can see how they can pull this off. Deen is singing harmony and the voicing between he and Arnel is very closely matched. Are you truly qualified to accuse the band of using backing tracks? Even if they are, they are certainly not the first to do so. If you have never performed in front of an arena, you should not pass judgement. This is my opinion as a performing bassist/vocalist.
