I got a rebounder just for fun in my dorm room. I was so surprised at how much of a work out I was just getting by just bouncing up and down for a few seconds!

Urban Rebounding is so much fun and what a great workout. I loved it and did my certification many years ago. I wish all gyms had this program.

i tried these out at school 2day in PE it was soooo funny we did ymca dance at the end on them!!!
