As an independent consistent life ethicists, I recognize this as significant b/c it showed that the Democratic party was opening it's doors to pro-life influence. This is great progress considering that Bob Casey Sr. was banned from speaking in the 1992 convention.

Sen. Casey is a good man. He will NOT run for President though. He probably would not win the Democratic nomination because he supports overturning Roe vs. Wade.
