i think the only reason they put music in this game is becuase of all the missions its going to take you a while to complete the game 100% so you need music to keep you sane
everyone search "THPS4 all combo goals" for the song "non compas mentis" by "Haiku de'etat." (the one with the airoplane taking off at the start) It's one of the best songs ever!
