I just got" This Is It" for my birthday.. and was excited to finally see it-- the amount of work they were putting into this show was amazing- I sadly thought MJ seemed half into it and half out... not saying I don't love him- he is wonderful- but he looked like he was in pain.. it was hard to watch sometimes.. other times he shined... his voice was amazing when he allowed himself to let it out. Although I got to see what a great show it could have been, it made me sad... he will be missed.

Just watched the movie, it is beautiful to see Michael dancing and he seems to be enjoying himself. the movie is awesome for a 50 yr old to dance the way he was dancing with those young dancers. Micahel was still with it and he was so much involved in the production. there is nothing like he did not want to do the shows. put it this way the guy has never been big Micahel has always had a small frame. in the bucharest show he was wearing layers of clothing love you michael

Has anybody seen the film footage of MJ outside Burbanks rehearsal studio saying he woke up to the news of 50 rather than 10 concerts? He was supposedly mad & said he had to put on more weight to do so many shows. This clip seems to have disappeared. In his last public appearance in London in front of the red curtains MJ states - these will be my final show performances in London, this is really it, the final curtain call. After MJ leaves the stage the MC says - you heard him 10 concerts....

No wonder he couldn't get a good nights sleep, he was rehearsing so much and felt restless, that obviously led him to start taking diprivan/propoful to sleep. Some say a family member might be involved in this AEG/Soney conspiracy. It's hard to tell but Jermaine seems to be the only one who publically claims that 50 concerts was do-able. He was also the one who had introduced MJ to Dr Tohme Tohme who was hired to handle MJ's finances. There's a video of MJ's telephone conversation with (I believe) Dick Gregory and MJ says he doesn't trust the Tohme guy. Others say the family is gagged for fear of their lives. The Regal theaters is a just the name of a chain of movie theaters in the California area. That is the place where this promotion will take place. And yes, for this promotion, AEG will give away the This is It concert tickets away free to the first 3,000 fans in line. Essentially they will get the tickets for the price of a full price movie ticket. (which is about 9-12 bucks depending on where you live.
