Thank God this country still assumes inocense until proven giulty! The media, internet, Government, ect. ect. can't try a case. Public opinion doesn't enter into it. The prosecution has to prove it's case. Be carefull what you wish for, because the alternitive is less power to the people. Not perfect, I agree. But it's the best.

@msKCleigh It is not that simple. As far fetched as her story is and despite the many lies, The girl's death could have been accidental and they hid the body to avoid manslaughter charges. Yes, she could have killed the little girl on purpose, but we don't know that for sure and nobody should be sent to the electric chair based only on guessing or for being a party girl. The prosecution failed to prove it beyond reasonable doubt and I think Casey will not be convicted of 1st degree murder.
