First off, I know it's not a crime to whip a horse but how that little boy is doing it... is SO wrong on so many levels! He should maybe stop riding that horse or should just stop riding horseS! I am not trying to be mean but it's sad to watch. I am sorry if i am being rude to you or your cousin. I know it's just his first time but he needs to learn the right way. :)
