The title used to be "Ichi Hatsu Gyakuten Renai Game" which I think means "One Shot of Reversal Love-Game" or something.

Not 'used to be'. It never was... O_o If you put certain kanji in front of each other the sounds change. Ichi and hatsu are pronounced "ippatsu" when put together.
