Sounds like the music had to be replaced on this episode, or in the earlier episodes. The theme is different than the later episodes and you can hear different music under the replaced as he is enjoying the meal. Must be a music rights issue i guess.

Very interesting video. I remember the Galloping Gourmet from my childhood; my mother would watch this for the recipes. Unfortunately, the audio seems to be out of synch. (I know I spelled it right!) Oh, well...
