@Knuckles. I may have indeed been sold a lemon. I use an older model Breville every day and am very happy with the ease of juicing and its quality and ease of clean-up.
I have this juicer and I have no problems with it. This is not an issue with the Juicer make/model itself. This is either a case of user error or one particular unit either set up incorrectly or not functioning correctly. Please refer to the hundreds of other videos with people who are happy with the juicer.
It looks like you do not have the pulp bin lined up correctly. It should be sitting flat not tilted. We had this issue the first time we used the breville. You kind of have to play with it a little to get the bin lined up right and then it should be more stable.
