I take it you've never played with beastmaster ascension. Passing it and taking a zendikar farguide that you're probably not even gonna play is a pretty big mistake IMO. The ascension was the right pick. Hell, the gemblades is even better than the farguide.
I would like to know how good beastmaster ascension is. I drafted it onse but never got to play it. Seems like a decent card if you're not in topdeck mode.
@Drecon84 it's just not that good. In these match-ups you're usually trading creatures or trying to bash trhough, and in both situations a dude is better then an enchantment that doesn't usually go off for a few turns, and even then, only when you're attacking every turn. Like LSV said, unless you have something like cobra trap, it's pretty bad.
why Five Chosen? and how the hell did you play that many in the deck
Brutalbass89 2 years ago
You can play 5 copies of stuff in Limited. Silly.

Nice job drafting five 2/3 elves! Now we must call them LSV's Chosen!

@aaaaaaaaooooooo When LSV's Chosen dies, put this video in ChannelFireball list, then shuffle all videos order.

Wait… you can have more than 4 copies of same card? Am I missed something?

@izvarzone Limited, unlike constructed, has no card cap rules.

How was he able to play 5 Nissa's Choosen?
jgioeli0 2 years ago
There is no max limit in Limited. You can play as many of a card as you want.

A 2nd Farguide over Quest for the Gemblades? And a 5th Nissa's Choosen......Hmmmm. I have to disagree.

farguide in the main wtf? took the 5/6 fattie over scope? not even considering bold defense? bleh.

Farguide over Gemblades?? nooo. Gemblades is pretty stout.
id also play cliff threader or tanglesap over the farguide in your final cut. i would also consider going down to 17 lands with a curve that low.

thank you

I think you should have taken Beastmaster Ascension, especially since you had 4 Nissa's Chosen at that point. That card is just insane.

Spidersilk net beat me in my last draft -_-.
Seiku 2 years ago
i still think he should ve picked the timbermaw over the turntimber in the 2nd pack.
oh and i was thinking, if u picked up like 3 turntimbers, would adding a spidersilk net be any good?
