It's 'bound to be the nerves, preventing some from getting that 300 game. You've got the people in the background looking at you, you're already on TV, and to get that many strikes in a row, knowing you're only a few more from a 300...add it all together = Nervous City! It's a Big achievement to get a 300, especially TV bowling!
