Because the GTX 295 is two "video cards" with a cooler sandwiched in between. The GTX 295 is a dual GPU card.

Well my original point was why have all these expensive components and have such a bad cooler, it just lets the system down.

Lol don't even try take me on when it comes to technology especially computer orientated. Moore's law has been proven and clearly states computers and technology doubles ever 4 years and it has been true for over 20 years.

Take a $500 pc today and compare it to a computer someone spent 5000 on 4-5 years ago the 5000 will still win simply because it was soo advanced in its time it has been future proofed a bit more and the 500 has older parts from around the same time.

What Hardscript say is true. My old comp was 4 years old, and could take age of conan in almost max graphics. 4 YEARS LATER. Some of my m8ts with their brand new 800euro comp couldnt play it at all XD ... The comp you see on this vid, will still be able to run smooth in 2 years. EVEN if there will be better then.

true, but doesnt make that much diference. Look, as I refuse to use vista, I also dont have direct x 10 graphs ... so lets say, I dont got really eye candy. But I dont lag when an npc show up. Those with their cheap comp got maybe direct x 10 but arent able to play smoothly. Also, look, direct x10 graphic cards exist allready 1-2years, and the games only come up now. I remember last year that a lot of games didnt use dx10. I could play in dx9 with a 3year old comp. End of the story ^^

Nice machine. I like the Zalman cpu cooler it's nice, but the case and graphic card i don't like so much. I prefer the collermaster cosmos s and the collermaster HAF and all cases from chieftec and the graphic card maybe i chose the ATI 4870 X2. Think about that.
