  • it's not even a split!!

  • doesnt that hurt your ding a ling much?

  • Hey! Thanks Fred. I've done these stretches now since the posting of this video every other day. I just wanted to check up and make sure I haven't missed any of them. I remember you saying that you could stretch for 3 hours, did you mean to hold each stretch for like 2 minutes instead of a minute or are their more stretches? If so, I can hardly await to see them!

  • I personally have not stretched for 3 hours straight. But you can break it up and stretch in the morning for 1 hour, afternoon for another hour, and night for an hour, totaling 3 hours. There are more stretches, I didn't make a full video on this but these stretches involve a lot of movement, not static any longer, very closely related to MA technique training. But you can hold each stretch for 2 min. then you can do multiple reps, go with how your body feels. The longest I've stretched is 2 hrs

  • @FreddiesModernKungFu you do not know how to do a regular split your back leg was bent dodo head your dumb!!!!!!!!!!

  • im gonna try to do this as i read tonight thanks lol

  • @TheBookArchive Hey, i just finished watching/listening to the rest of the series and didn't want to offend you; I know you said to take your time and I enjoyed your anecdote on how people are always in a rush and never fully crystallized onto doing one thing I.E. listening to music/playing games whilst they stretch: much love and luck. P.S. I read that stretching prevents osteoarthritis, fractures, and that especially if you stretch ball-and-socket joints: you reduce your risk of injury hugely.

  • Thank you very much for the comment and the sharing of your knowledge in the benefits of stretching.
