I have not had an opportunity to read you book, but I can see a definite convergence between what we are both saying. Rather than get into it here, (not enough space) I would encourage you to watch the additional parts to the series that Steph and I are working on. I think you will be most interested.

I understand what you are saying...great points.The thing is it is just a piece of the problem....The core is what needs to be tackled.
