Awesome! I just ordered a 14" x 7" acrylic snare in clear starlite, with two stripes in black starlite twisting up from bottom to top. Tube lugs, die cast hoops, trick strainer, and my name is carved into the drum badge. That's gonna be awesome!

Man that´s very nice, I JUST DID MY OWN SNARE ON ACRYLIC, I live in Sao Paulo and I´m still having problems to tune my snare, can you give me hints?

@MauMauTeixeira Hola! Espero que entiendas español :D agregame en facebook si tenes.. me llamo "leandro caffarino" asi hablamos y compartimos fotos de nuestras baterias.. I tune my snare really high pitched cause it's a picollo.. but you really have to experiment with the tunning.. if you want a fat sound try to adjust less the main head at the top of the snare.. and if you want a sharp sound adjust both heads really high but be careful with the armonics! what its the problem that you had?
