Such a sweet commercial. I love it, but it really annoys me how companies use sentimentality to get us to buy things. What does their tissues have to do with people opening up and letting it out? You can cry into any tissue - not just kleenex! Haha, you can cry into toliet paper. Eh, I just really hate advertisement xP

this is a really good spot by kleenex. i tear up when i see it also. i guess when u can stop and connect with someone like that things you put away emotionally just come to light. you can never judge the magnatude in which they surface but to "just let it out" is something that we all need to do. and the stories are so genuine and real. nice job on their part to create this and better job on the post.

I've seen this commercial maybe a hundred times and I love it.This is one of my favorite commercials ever! My dad makes commercials too so I sorta naturally pay attention during the commercial breaks and I always make my friends shut up and watch when this one comes on. I love the concept of people just being able to let loose. I was thinking about what I would say if I was ever confronted with some guy and a couch and I figured out exactly what I would let out. This commercial is definitely one of my alltime favorites, being these are real people who express whatever they wish and it touches my heart, what makes me cry is when the lady talks about never meeting her hubby's mom then hearing another say she believed in me when no one else did, those words hit home for me, for I lost my mom recently. I also love the song, it's very beautiful as is the concept of this wonderful ad, you all should be commended! Very lovely! :)

The UK version is even more false than this one. I get the impression the director asked the person to pretend to cry and they've tried to pass it off as genuine.
