This must be great, it is google, I am using Microsoft Virtual Earth, That is amazing. You can see earth in such an angle where elevation is quite visible, Like Eiffel tower, Columbus Circle, Empire state building... wow. european and American Big cities, Venice (St. Mark ) wow, Monaco waawoa, Las Vegas (Ceaser`s Palace, Mirage..) wow, niagra Falls, Bern (Switzerland), You can see the same location in 4 camera angle, 1inch is 15yds..? It is almos visiting there with out meeting somebody.

Dear AdinelAdi, we at Google have the answer for you. To obtain easy to follow, step by step instructions (in Romanian) on how to take full advantage our download button you will first have to obtain a wet suit and scuba gear from our virtual google ocean store under the option selection choice tab. Just double click the google ocean icon from our homepage. Once you have obtained your scuba gear and wet suit, swim to the English channel and find the red "X". Double click to find your answer!

I have Google Earth 5 downloaded but I can't seem to be able to figure out how to dive below the surface of the water to the underdepths as I zoom into the waters. I know I'm doing something wrong. Help appreciated.

Tilt the planet by dragging on that circle in the upper right hand corner, and right click on the planet and move your cursor down to dive in. If that doesn't work then your computer's video card is too old OR you haven't downloaded 5.0 =/

Oh or alternatively you can fly underwater (Ctrl+Alt+A) by just flying in. It's interesting to note that even in a jet it takes a LONG while to reach the bottom of the deep trenches in the ocean... it really gives one a whole new way to judge the scale of the ocean by flying through it ^.^

BUT! we are pumping out excessive carbon emissions which however way you see it , is not ecologically friendly and unnatural to our world, this also overtime will change things. Have they returned the ability for the user to control where the cache files are stored? I used Google Earth a lot less when they took that option away. Being able to put cache files on discrete partitions speeds things up.
