Two suggestions. One, if you are going to each 1/2 of it, you may as well eat all of it. Two: you could improve these videos by describing the taste of the pepper before the heat sets in. Just a couple of suggestions.
There is fine line between loving spicy foods and insanity....my friend, you have crossed the line ! I don't have the ass in my pants to eat one of those like you did...
Tepin vs Bhut Jokolia or any other hot pepper for that matter. Here is what I have found. It all depends on the plant as to the amount of heat on each fruit. Changes in climate and moisture are key to either get the maximum heat or to reduce it. Some peppers like to have moist soil all the time, others like moist soil til fruit bare then a drier soil still others like it dry most of the time. Someone would need to grow both in the optimum climate for each to announce a winner.
hahahah yeah its hot, getting hotter...still gettin hotter! hahah yeah man u got balls, id only eat one of these if i scored at least $200 outa it..but, if ya grow it u gotta try it eh..respect man hahahah
try the wild desert Tepin pepper it is now the hottest. its hotter than this. at least three times. you should try to buy some and put a vid of u eating one.
I grew the Tepin a couple years ago. While they were hot, very hot, they still don't compare to the Jolokia... and I wasn't very impressed with the yield of the plants. I call them the little fireball.
Well it bothered me the rest of the day and yes on the way out too. But you get a real rush when you eat it! Almost like an adrenaline rush but a different type.
Where are you growing them? Unless the climate where you are growing them is hot and very humid, you wont feel the true potency of the naga jolokia. 1 000 000 scoville heat units is the approximate record. If the climate isn't very hot and humid where your peppers are being cultivated, the SHU rating can drop by 50%.
I grow the Red Savina's and the Bhut Jolokia's. And here in North Carolina last year it was hot and humid. I eat them both and can assure you that the Jolokia's are every much twice as hot as the Red Savina.
WOW! I have so much respect for you! I have worked my way up to a Habanero which I just ate whole an hour ago, but I don't think I will ever be able to eat a Bhut Jolokia!
hey dude By the way... i think the ghost chili is the nickname for Bhut Jolokia....yeah anyway dude thats awesome you ate the chili! i probably could not eat one of those!
As a matter of fact I did do this again... with my daughter. Look at "Father and Daughter eat worlds hottest pepper". Ate the entire pepper this time.... And eating the whole pepper burns longer than 7 hours.
this dude got some balls dude i ate a habanero and puked it eerywhere i meen damn i cant beileve that has over 1mil scollville units!! u got some guts
were in gods name did u get that from i want to buy them i wannna but like 1 million... and if u know do they sell seeds and what growing conditions it needs
if u can barley stand a jalepeno, then the jolokia would probably kill you. And i'm not kidding. there have been known deaths of people eating habaneros. The bhut jolokia is over 100 times hotter than a jalepeno, bud.
I know. I wasn't planning on eating them whole and raw like this guy. There's no way I could handle that. I was thinking one per gallon of chili would be alright though, but that may still be too hot. I'd also like to know how they grow simply because I enjoy learning.
Not bad, but did you look at Lyve1981 's profile. He vlogged his bro eating a whole spoon of DaBomb-the final answer with 1.5M SCU! Its part of a bet that he can stay 5 Minutes without any help from milk or bread! That guy suffered, in the second part he went to the hospital and his lips went dark!
you should try the NAGA-VIPER! and post a video.....you ARE the MAN!!!!

Why do people eat hott peppers if they burn your mouth and practically make you feel like crap all through ur body?
(thats how they make me feel anyway)
No offence or anything.
