Don't get me wrong, I like it, and I wanna hear more from you. But there are some parts that can be better. Like @ 0:40 you should've kept the beat going instead of doing the background music. That's one of the parts that I like about the theme.

There are alot of people who do their own renditions of video game themes, but tend to skip over key moments of the theme, even change things. The themes tend to lose their majesty as a result.

Can you make Area 6 or Meteo next?

Try using more dissonant chords at parts resembling 0:22 to make it sound edgier. That's how I tried to arrange it, but I have ridiculous OCD so I was probably trying to arrange the entire orchestra for piano.  I remember having like, five finger chords EVERYWHERE D: and it made me sad.

I think there are times when extra flourishes can be sacrificed for practicality. Although abnormal fingerings can produce great results, generally I feel that an adaptation for piano should be pretty idiomatic to the instrument without losing the vibe of the original. It's no fun if it doesn't sound AND feel good to play! Besides, my hands are puny, so I just have to arrange things the best I can considering my strengths. So yeah, no 5-finger chords for me unless they're closed clusters. :)

What's your finger span on white keys? I can go from C to E the next octave up, F if I really try, but I don't count that because it's kind of a bullshitty way to do it. My left hand actually can hit the F more easily more middle C.
