The lizard sticker is at the end of one of the Temples level, I cant remember which one but once you get to the end of the level turn left and jump into a gap in the wall and it's hidden there, it's pretty hard to find and hard to explain without having the game infront of me now.

did you find it? if not then its in the end of the mines its been hiddenly placed at the 3rd layer (closest to screen)you see the hole after passing the rolling ball

Quick tip to help you beat them...

when you know you are about to die, press start and turn off your controller and wait for about 10-15 seconds.  Then it will go to the last spawn and then you turn on your controller and you will respawn with no deaths.
