  • I met them in real life

  • How do you do parkour in the ghetto? xD i live in the ghetto Texas and we have nothing and then the people here get mad when we just jump on somthing xD wat do i do?

  • @VladimirUchiha If there's a city nearby, a park, anywhere with a lot of obstacles that people generally don't care about. In places of high crime and low class areas like ghettos the police are much more distrustful and simply jumping around a bit is likely to garner unwanted negative attention. As for what to do in Texas I can't legitamently say but I'd say that places with a good amount of obstacles and with little circulation of people are great places to train.

  • 5 people slipt when trying to jump on a rail

  • do you land on the bar with your toes?

  • @hamboney9 Not ON the toes but the place where the toes are connected to your feet.

  • what accent is that?

  • @Mrmadeinsweden french

  • Where are you from? my dream is to met you Stephane, please!!

  • i would use toyota technology to wipe my ass

  • And then you go and get a hot chocolate and a crossiont.....I no no

  • 0:01 to skip ads.

  • He Makes This Look So Simplistic!! :)

  • Hey guys, heads-up, this video is not playing properly for some reason..

  • gaining confidence on railings is difficult, but worth it in the end, spend as much time on railingsas you can to get used to the feeling so balance comes naturaly.

  • I think I'd deserve a hit chocolate and a croissant if I did those three things first time!

  • im sorry to say that i "hates" rails!

  • Mmmm, hot chocolate and croissant :D

  • mmmmmmm..... Quebec :)

  • Nice. I'm still a little afraid to jump onto rails. My balance isn't that great yet.

  • The sad thing is that I'm not too afraid of rails.. That's how I screw myself up when doing precisions. I hate rails...

  • same here, almost every time i try i lose balance and fall on my balls :P

  • @AlecParkour me neither

but i guess the best way is 2 try

    like my balance in walls

    i was jumping on it

then i jump on the ground as soon as i touch the wall

cos i dont want to fall u know

  • comepare the landing(loudness) of the jump at 1:37 with the one at 1:42 ..the last one is really quiet..:)

  • yeah he landed on mid foot so.

  • well, that´s because, one was executed by dan and the other executed by mister fluidity himself

  • hehe... you can't compare stephane vigroux with dan edwardes.

  • this is sick

  • and then you go get a hot chocolate and a crossant .....................(french accent) i naw naw

  • nice but very nice balance

  • They where harssshly loud landings

  • its a hat ?

  • 'and then you got get a hot chocolate and a cossiant haha

  • whats a cossiant lol not being a pedantic nob, that just made me laugh lol

spelt croissant. you were close(ish) rofl

  • dude i would love to be able to spell man. :S

  • better than me, I don't know how to read, write, or speak english, still, same old, same old eh?

  • where can i find the places in this video any one help me peace

  • hey men i can do the jumping and other stuff ,but what i can do is roll i really suck i always hit my head hard everytime i roll!!!pla ....make a video pls......:-)

  • este video esta de huevos

  • haha you obviously have no idea about parkour

its a discipline, thats why you DONT wear a helmet

  • @pkspirit, agreed

  • @PKspirit there is also a lot about being safe, i think the real reason is because its bulky and unpractical

  • Epic fail...

  • Your just jealous that you can't do it hahahahaha PKspirit you're a legend.

  • People like you shouldnt talk around traceurs. Youll make yourself look dumb. If you said anything about helmets in parkour there WILL be an awkward silence.

  • wtf are you talking about shithead? THERE IS NO ROOM FOR A HELMET IN PARKOUR YOU ASSHOLE. GET A LIFE!

  • I have never in any video or anyone Ive ever met seen anyone wear a helmet in parkour, I coud understand why someone who has never heard of it would THINK that you'd need one, however you should at leas6t do research, it's not just using arms or feet, you need complete balance and control over your body, and a helmet doesn't allow that, am I right?

  • who does have a helemt??? this is a hat

  • someone was talking about he should wear a helmet a couple pages ago.

  • its not that the helmet oesnt alow balance, its just extra and most times un-necessary weight, and when you think about it it would mess up rolls and youd look a right twat

  • its not that the hemet adds extra weight.. its just most times gay.

  • it would actually add a fair bit of unneeded weight and as i said before, it would mess up rolls, some people would think freerunners look gay jumping about for no reason so i dont think having a helmet on woul make it much worse

  • you dont wear helmets in parkour you dumb cunt.

  • hahaha loooool wat thick twat sed tht lol

  • someone called killerfilfth lol.

  • Amazing

  • NiceR .

  • Incredible work! from now I propose studying more english to understand better their councils, because I'm spanish XD

But I understand a lot of thing's, and the video is very constructive. Congratulations for the work.

  • My fave of the behind the jump series. Was the beggining jump when i was there and all the mums were shouting at us all?! funny times. Stephane u make these jumps look so

easy, have u thought of speed vaulting the rail at 00.42? and dan your kness went past horizontal at 1.20! *tut-tut* haha =D

  • Its a common myth that you have to stop at 90 degrees, infact this probably one of the worst things to do, your knees are weakest at 90 degrees so stopping at 90 means your knees will shake and rub!

  • if you keep your legs at 90degrees and you feel weak or shake it's because your legs are not strong enough to stablise the pressure from your upper body, you know what the 'chair' is? up against a wall, at 90degrees, to build strength/endurence in your thighs. going over 90degrees you over extend your knee joint.

  • no you won't your knees are designed to bend deep, watch Olympic power lifters : /

also its " hyper flex" not extend if you were going to damage it that way, the problem with most people is that there not strong enough to bend there knees all the way, because they don't train properly and neglect the lower RoM, thats why in weight lifting its important to do full RoM.

  • thepantherx12 your right.

  • nice video, dan u joker

  • really great video and instructionnal too

  • I just love the jobs of Julie Angel, just amazing bro, i really enjoy ur jobs!

    ATT: MAHS

  • Someone want to tell me how sore you're supposed to be if you're new to this. Cause I am SORE right now. Especially the thighs and lower abs.

  • it's normal to feel sore :)

  • Choco-chaud et croisant...mmmmmm, ce bon pour le petit dejouner. Stephan, j'addore ta accent d'anglais. Parfait, 5 stars pour cet video. Everything they say is so true, repition, fun and challenge.

  • great insight,

ive hmanaged to hit one of those jumps 3 times in a row...(the small one)....

this video doesn't do the scale of these jumps justice. - from experience they are HUGE......

  • Yeah bro, i completely agree... it often looks easy on video but when you actually get out there, it's a whole different matter. I can also make the shorter one although precision is one of my biggest problems...

  • @Gnarvazhog

Indeed. Parkour is not easy for the one that is actually searching for controll.

  • I'm already loving these, keep up the great work guys!

  • Nice one. Hot chocolate and crossant lol!

  • Salut je suis un traceur de rabat (Maroc)

Je me demande si vous pouvez traduire ça en français, merci d'avance ! ^^

  • nice work man gave me some help

  • thanks this is helping me with my training after watching the ny footage I guess you can say I "redesigned" training. now watching these are making it easier for me to plot out how I should train and such. You guys are the best thanks for everything :).

  • Awesome tips! I'll remember them.

  • perfect would be this jump 3 times in a row(no mistakes) then this one, then this one. then with the LEFT FOOT, this one, this one and the other.... that´s one good training tip, isn´t it?

  • the very first one is frightening!! Nice videos lookin foward to more

  • At 1:25 is really good advice, Parkour is supposed to be fun.

  • One of my favourite types of training.

    Great vid guys!

    Zeno
